As a volunteer, you can choose to be part of any one of our teams: Instagram Writing, Blog Writing, Instagram Design, Social Networking, Website Management, TikTok/Reels, or Human Resources. You will have to work in collaboration with the respective Head of Department and other members of the team.
You do not need to have any previous qualifications or extensive experience. This position only requires around 10-15 hours of work a month.
Volunteer certificate and Letter of Recommendation available.

Mission Statement
The LGBTQ+ India Organization is an organization run by several youngsters from Bangalore, India. We aim to educate, create awareness and battle the stereotypes surrounding the LGBTQ+ community in India as well as worldwide. Through informative, easy to read and engaging posts on our Instagram page, website, and other social media we talk about important issues faced by the community as well as explain more about the community in-depth. We envision a discrimination free world with equality for all.

The LGBTQ+ India Organization was started in February 2021 with the aim of doing our part for the community. Since then, our organisation has evolved into a team of about 30-40 people. We have multiple teams that are tasked with:

- Blog Writing
- Instagram Writing
- Human Resources
- Website Management
