Data Integrity Guru Volunteers Needed (Virtual and/or In-person) to support the Goodwill Mission Services team by completing quality assurance activities to include reviewing and analyzing data, identifying data gaps, and working to fill any identified data gaps. Additionally, Data Integrity Gurus will assist with file audits, file reviews, conducting retention calls, or/or completing data entry.
Essential Tasks
* Contact program participants via phone call or email to gain status updates and gather job placement information
* Record updates and placement information into Salesforce
* Conduct file audits
* Identify missing data points
* Data entry to complete missing data points
Qualifications and Skills
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness and ability to make phone calls to program participants
* Intermediate proficiency with digital knowledge of: Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel), Google Drive, Google Chrome, Gmail, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Work Environment
This volunteer role can be performed either in-person at the Goodwill Mission Support Center or virtually. If performed virtually, the volunteer will need to have their own access to the proper computer or laptop device, a high-speed internet connection, and phone.
