THE ROLE
Protect Us Kids Foundation (PUK) is currently researching the behavioral and socioeconomic factors involved in how technology is used to support cyber-related crime against at-risk youth. The PUK Campaign & Engagement Director serves to effectively strategize, plan and implement the annual workplace campaign and year- round volunteer engagement initiatives raising maximum dollars to Protect Us Kids Foundation.
PUK programs are centered on the unique cultural, behavioral, and societal aspects of underserved, rural and marginalized communities that have afforded criminals an increased opportunity to exploit children leveraging technology. Our programs align to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and support global partnership efforts towards combating human trafficking; to include developing critical targeted research of Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSE) against youth within this demographic globally. Our programs include:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Primary manager and volunteer support for the Protect Us Kids Foundation (PUK) Annual Campaign
- Participates in the development of the campaign structure through which community-wide support for fundraising is achieved
- Ensures the success of the annual PUK campaign by providing year-round leadership and support to the Campaign Chair
- Recruits, motivates, trains, and manages key PUK campaign volunteers
- Manages all staff and volunteers with campaign assignments in analyzing, organizing and executing the annual campaign effort
- Develops and executes yearly work plans for assigned campaign responsibilities
- Establishes performance measures, monitors results and produce evidence that demonstrates the effectiveness of the annual PUK Campaign
- Maintains awareness of advancements in philanthropy and fund development, as well as the general fields of management and the not-for-profit sector
- Cultivates support among community stakeholders for the purpose of acquiring new business and ensuring donor retention
- Serves as the liaison between PUK Campaign and Public Relations/Communications in the development of campaign branding/marketing/advertising materials.
- Participates in ongoing, year-round, cultivation activities with volunteers and donors and serves as backup to others as required.
