THE ROLE

Protect Us Kids Foundation (PUK) is currently researching the behavioral and socioeconomic factors involved in how technology is used to support cyber-related crime against at-risk youth. The PUK Videographer will play a vital role in capturing and producing high-quality video content to support our mission. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual narratives that raise awareness, educate, and inspire action in the fight against cyber-related crimes against at-risk youth.

PUK programs are centered on the unique cultural, behavioral, and societal aspects of underserved, rural and marginalized communities that have afforded criminals an increased opportunity to exploit children leveraging technology. Our programs align to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and support global partnership efforts towards combating human trafficking; to include developing critical targeted research of Online Child Sexual Exploitation (OCSE) against youth within this demographic globally. Our programs include:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Collaborate with the PUK team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects aligned with the organization's goals and initiatives.
• Capture high-quality video footage, interviews, and B-roll content to effectively convey the message and impact of PUK's work.
• Edit and post-produce video content using industry-standard software to ensure professional quality and alignment with PUK's brand guidelines.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the visual storytelling and engagement of the videos.
• Work closely with the PUK Campaign & Engagement Director and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver video content within established timelines.
• Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for future use.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production to continuously improve the quality and impact of PUK's video content.
