Cabrillo Hospice is looking for passionate volunteers to provide support to patients and their loved ones. Patients may reside in their home, or in a long-term health care facility. This is a special role to offer special support to someone with a six-month or less prognosis. Cabrillo Hospice volunteers are an integral part of the care team. Volunteers give the gift of time to patients and/or families. We offer training to understand patients unique circumstances.
No hospice experience necessary. We offer orientation and training.
TB testing and background check may be required at our expense.
*Volunteer hours are flexiable.
