ORGANIZATION: Shop Repurpose

Shop Repurpose is a grant making nonprofit that donates 100% of net proceeds from resale luxury items to organizations that support the health and wellbeing of women and families. In addition to supporting select organizations, our operations empower individuals from under resourced backgrounds through mentorship and workforce opportunities. We are looking for someone detail-oriented with good communication skills and a passion for giving back. This role provides volunteers with the unique opportunity to receive mentorship from a variety of people in the fashion and nonprofit industries. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Screen and process incoming clothing donations
- Research the estimated original price of luxury items
- Input new products into the backend of our Shopify e-commerce website
- Assist in researching and uploading products to third-party sellers such as Poshmark, Thred-Up, and rental apps
- Assist in maintaining an organized inventory. Making sure everything is steamed, tagged, etc.
