On Thursday, December 22nd, the Foundation Fighting Blindness has been invited to assist with the Winter Wonderland event at Tilles Park. Through our volunteer work, the Park will donate $500 to the Foundation! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a holiday tradition and generate much-needed funds for our mission. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested and available. Feel free to share this information with your friends and family as well. It would be a great group project!
What
- Volunteering with FFB at Winter Wonderland in Tilles Park
- Taking entry fees and providing directions to guests as they arrive
- Working exclusively outdoors (there will be a warming hut)
- You won’t be volunteering alone. You’ll have a team of at least 6 awesome volunteers with you.

- Tilles Park - 9551 Litzsinger Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124
When
- Thursday, December 22nd
- 5pm - 9:30pm
- Shifts can be as long or as short as your schedule allows
- If you can work an hour, great!
- If you can work all night, quadruple great!

Mission Statement
The urgent mission of The Foundation Fighting Blindness, Inc. (FFB) is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa (RP), macular degeneration, Usher Syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases.
Description
Each year, our VisionWalks raise awareness and funds for blinding eye diseases. We are asking for your support to raise lots of great research dollars for retinal degenerative diseases and help our Walk Day run well. Throughout the Midwest, the Foundation Fighting Blindness hosts VisionWalks in every state - walkathon-style fundraisers to support the mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness. The events feature entertainment and family friendly activities.
