Volunteer at Winter Wonderland with Foundation Fighting Blindness!

On Thursday, December 22nd, the Foundation Fighting Blindness has been invited to assist with the Winter Wonderland event at Tilles Park. Through our volunteer work, the Park will donate $500 to the Foundation! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a holiday tradition and generate much-needed funds for our mission. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested and available. Feel free to share this information with your friends and family as well. It would be a great group project!

What

• Volunteering with FFB at Winter Wonderland in Tilles Park
• Taking entry fees and providing directions to guests as they arrive
• Working exclusively outdoors (there will be a warming hut)
• You won’t be volunteering alone. You’ll have a team of at least 6 awesome volunteers with you.

Where

• Tilles Park - 9551 Litzsinger Rd, St. Louis, MO 63124

When

• Thursday, December 22nd
• 5pm - 9:30pm
• Shifts can be as long or as short as your schedule allows
• If you can work an hour, great!
• If you can work all night, quadruple great!

Volunteers should report to Tilles Park NO LATER THAN 5:00 pm. Please enter the park from Litzsinger Road and park at Windegger Shelter and walk along the road to the warming hut near the entrance to the park to sign in and meet with the Park Ranger for instructions. If you have volunteers arriving after the event begins, please have them enter off of Litzsinger Road to avoid waiting in line to enter the park. Dress for the weather, as you will be outside. If there is inclement weather and you want to see if the event is cancelled, call Ranger Dispatch at 314-615-8911 after 3 pm.
