Position: On-call to part-time Assistant to Operational Supports Coordinator
Immediate Supervisor: Operational Supports Coordinator

Position Description:
Provide basic office support to the Children's Center Operational Supports Coordinator


Position Responsibilities:

  • Office-related support
  • Filing
  • Copying materials for classrooms
  • Assisting Supports Coordinator with other needed tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Basic office skills
  • Filing
  • Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Current TB test Required

YWCA is flexible regarding volunteer days and hours. However, the preferred day and times are either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, either 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
