Job Description for Secretary of Placer People of Faith Together
Placer People of Faith Together (PPOFT) is a non-profit 501c3 corporation dedicated to advocating for social justice for people whose voices are not usually heard. We meet as a general assembly once a month and the executive board officers meet as needed, usually quarterly. The secretary’s duties are as follows:
- Prepare agenda for both general and executive board meetings in consultation with the president
- Set up Zoom link and send out agendas with any other relevant documents
- Keep minutes of meetings and all non-financial records of the corporation
- Other duties as they come up

Incorporated in 2009, PPOFT is comprised of 12 faith-based organization members and 7 individual members, and is allied with 8 other faith-based organizations.
