Mission Statement
Arva Yoga aims to serve the community by providing free and accessible yoga classes and workshops for people from all walks of life with the goal of spreading awareness of the true meaning of yoga while promoting overall mind-body-spirit wellness.
Description
Established in 2021, Arva Yoga is a unique organization where LIVE Yoga classes are always free to attend. While some programs are donation based, nobody is turned down for they cannot afford to pay for a yoga class. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected everyone in some form or another. Arva Yoga is a small attempt to allow healing of mind and body, one soul at a time!
We welcome Yoga teachers(RYT 200) to donate their time toward this organization. Certificate of sponsorship will be provided for yoga teachers donating more than 3 hours per month toward this worthy cause! What's more? If you are a Yoga teacher, you can spread the joy of yoga and spread the word about your organization without spending a single dollar on marketing, and all while doing good!
