Community Services for Aging
Wilder's Community Services for Aging operates several community-based programs for older adults and their families.

Wilder Foundation provides Customized Living Services to residents who live in two Saint Paul Public Housing apartment buildings: Hamline Hi-Rise and Ravoux Hi-Rise. These personalized services support adults with daily-living personal and health care to live independently and to prevent or delay the need to move into a nursing home. As a result of the pandemic, people are more isolated than ever, and weekly Customized Living activities are designed to remove barriers of isolation and loneliness. Wilder organizes various 8 to 10-week activity series throughout the calendar year to keep residents engaged in musical and artistic programming. You can help enrich the lives of our Customized Living residents by supporting musical and/or artistic activities each week and increase participation.
