The Womenful Voice Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis. As Board Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

* Work closely with the Board of Directors Parliamentarian to prepare board packets for scheduled board meetings

* Record Retention of Board documents in Womenful Voice secure Google Drive

* Attend board meetings and assist with all board actions during the meeting.

Assist the Board Secretary with recording and disseminating board minutes. Send a copy of the minutes to the Board Chair and Executive Director for approval before distribution to the Board of Directors.
