Sta-home 's objective is to provide a patient the opportunity to remain at home with their loved ones during their last stage of life. With the help of staff and volunteers, hospice patients and those that love them, have the opportunity to "live" at home during their final stages of life.
Volunteers are needed to:
Sit with patients
Visit the patient and caregiver
Perform administrative task in the office and sometimes from home
Assist with household chores
Baking/cooking meals
Read to patients
