ORGANIZATION: All Saints Church Foster Care Project
Please visit the new page to apply.
Fourteen to twenty-eight girls (between the ages of twelve and seventeen) will pass through the Optimist Emergency Shelter by year’s end, before moving on to a more permanent placement. Imagine their joy at receiving a holiday gift bag to brighten their arrival and transfer to their next placement. In addition, there are twelve girls living in two local Optimist group homes that will stay for up to twenty-four months to receive more intensive therapeutic care. Girls in both these settings would enjoy gifts of arts and craft supplies, makeup, nail kits, board games, hoodies, and warm blankets and clothing. Your gifts will cheer them as they prepare to leave, possibly during the holidays. For more details on what is welcome and easy ways to donate some early holiday cheer, please contact: inbox@fostercareproject.org
