Volunteer with Tax Help and support Austin families

Each year hundreds of volunteers help provide free tax preparation services to 20,000 low-income households in the community, resulting in over $35 million in refunds returned to the local economy. As the 2022 tax season approaches, we can use all the help we can get--we’ll need over 600 volunteers this year to meet our clients’ needs. No experience is required to volunteer. We will provide all the training you need to become certified and will continue to support you with on-site staff throughout the tax season.
