We have an immediate need for admin help to support our non-profit organization. We are seeking a volunteer with administrative and organizational skills as we get our files together for the end of the year audit.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and organizing Arts in CT’s files and filing system
  • Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.)
  • Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
  • Create or update records with new files and information
  • Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
  • Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
  • Providing ad hoc support around office as needed
