As a member of the adult advisory team, you are helping to train the next generation of environmental leaders. Feed their passion and focus their energy on meaningful projects which will make a difference.

The Associate Advisor of Mentoring provides support to the youth leaders of the Green Crew who are serving as mentors to emerging leaders in the Crew. Each of our older Green Crew youth members is trained to become a mentor for a younger member. Mentorship is a key component of the Green Crew’s youth program and is integrated into their leadership and personal development.

As the Associate Advisor of Mentoring, you will ensure a safe and successful operation of the Crew’s mentorship program.
