Duwara Consciousness Foundation (DCF) is looking for an experienced Project Manager who is looking to make a difference to their community. If this is you:

You care about making a difference to your unsheltered neighbors

You have >= 5 years of experience in project management, working on complex projects and/or construction projects

You have 5 hours per week of your time to serve

You are savvy with PM software (Asana)

You have excellent communication skills working in remote teaming environments

You are willing and able to bring your "A-game"

You are excited to achieve great things and see your efforts come to fruition

You enjoy taking initiative over being told what to do - you see the problem and take action

For every problem, you stand ready to offer several solutions

Here's a bit about the team you're joining:

DCF is a nonprofit organization specializing in changing how we serve San Diego's unsheltered populations. First, we created San Diego's first 100% donation-based mobile food service through our food trailer. Next, we created San Diego's largest shower trailer which focuses in downtown, equipped with laundry facilities and wheelchair accessibility. Third, we initiated a van service to get people where they need to go who otherwise don't have a means to get there.

Following all of this, DCF is getting ready to launch it's largest project yet, which is a strategic shift from symptomatic relief to systemic solutions. If you reach out with interest in this position, we'll be happy to share more on project #SeedingSuccess!
