Human IT Tutor Program

The Human IT Tutor Program trains volunteers to serve as tutors for adult, pre-beginner digital literacy learners. Tutors receive evidence-based training on successfully tutoring digital literacy within vulnerable populations. Tutors assist digital literacy learners through completion of the Human IT Basic Computer Skills course. The program is an immersive tutoring experience, including:

  • Tutor training, masterclasses, and professional development
  • Tutoring sessions that fit your schedule
  • Social and professional networking online and in-person
  • Completion certificate indicating the number of hours served
  • Program completion celebrations badges, and other incentives for outstanding service

A socially responsible company, leading the charge to close the digital divide, by giving those in need electronics free of charge.
