Momentum Collective Inc. is partnering with the Recreation Department in Alexandria Va, to provide after-school arts education to elementary and middle school youth. We are seeking volunteers knowledgeable in any combination of hand puppet making, storytelling, and operating puppets with a view to facilitating at least two children's puppet shows throughout the program year. The location for the opportunity is dependent on availability as we have either a 3:30pm to 5:00pm slot, or a 5:30pm to 7:00pm slot, for one day each week.

Volunteers must be comfortable working with youth from diverse backgrounds. Per our partnership agreement and company policies, volunteers MUST either be fully vaccinated from COVID-19, or submit to weekly COVID-19 testing in order to directly interact with program participants.
