Shoreline Community Services is looking for volunteers to help clean up the day after their Wednesday evening meal services. This will help ensure that Shoreline can continue using the donated space to distribute nutritious and hearty meals to unhoused neighbors.
Volunteers will be performing janitorial work such as taking down tables and chairs, moving boxes, and cleaning the kitchen and serving areas.
Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes
Shifts: Up to 3 volunteers are needed for 2 hours between the hours 8:30am - 2:00pm each Thursday. You can select the times that work best for you.
Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required.
Physical Requirements: Standing for 2 hours, bending, stretching, lifting up to 10 lbs.
Waiver: Please fill out and bring Shoreline Community Services' Volunteer Application with you to your first shift with their organization.
