The Talbot House of Lakeland is seeking volunteers to assist their kitchen staff in preparing food boxes for their Friday food pantry and serving meals to on-site guests and residents. Training and instructions will be provided.

Talbot House Ministries was founded to be a place of hope for people who had lost hope: the hungry, the homeless, and the poor. This organization provides those in need with immediate basic services and opportunities for life renewal.

Main Assignment Responsibilities

  • Sort/Prepare food boxes
  • Distribute meals to on-site guests and residents

Time/Availability

  • The Talbot House of Lakeland is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
  • This assignment is specifically seeking availability on Fridays from 11:15am to 12:15pm or 5:15pm to 6:15pm
  • Scheduling will be discussed at the time of the interview
