This would be an ongoing weekly commitment on Tuesdays ONLY from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, for as long as you are able.

We are currently serving about 150-200 older adults each week through our Grab & Go program in Buena Park. We are in need of reliable and compassionate volunteers, who are willing to work behind the scenes to ensure this important community program continues!

To clarify: In this role you will be helping staff members/volunteers organize and bag frozen meals for seniors who will be coming to the center to pick up these meals. You will help prep the packaged meals and set up distribution, assist with registration, etc. For this position, you must be able to stand, bend, reach, use hands & arms, etc. throughout the shift. You will be in an "assembly line" setting in the kitchen/packing area.

Important Info: All sites are practicing social distancing, and have several other safety procedures in place, such as wearing gloves & face masks for ALL volunteer positions.
