Oversee the organization's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Duties will include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online. Setting up fundraising campaigns.

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Lydia’s strive to compassionately serve youth and families, providing them afterschool tutoring, mentoring, counseling, skill building and education services in a safe environment, to support the development of their hope and future.

Description

Lydia’s Bowels of Mercy Home is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that was created to compassionately serve youth, senior and families, providing them with the coordination of resources to educate, empower and improve the health and wellness in the lives of the disadvantaged while strengthening families and communities in a culturally sensitive environment. Lydia’s tutoring program goal is to improve the student’s performance in troubled subjects with one-on-one sessions that will focus on the student’s areas of opportunities. The goal of the mentoring program is to prepare our youth for life in general and the workforce by learning and experiencing important concepts such as responsibility, discipline, and teamwork. It also gives our youth a sense of importance, a feeling of appreciation, and ultimately that their hard work is the key to success. Overall, the mentor program helps to lead children down a path of positivity and academic achievements. The mentoring program goal is to motivate students to be creative, build confidence, and develop life skills.
Lydia's Health and Wellness program goal it to provides and annual health/educational fair. Our mobile food pantry program was designed to provide food monthly short term and post pandemic, on a quarterly basis to the community. Our Backpack events are held twice a year with a goal set to supply 300 backpacks.
