We are looking for a volunteer pro bono estate planning attorney to assist us in executing estate planning documents for a Mandarin Chinese-speaking couple. We are looking for an attorney or paralegal that has experience with estate planning and can comfortably interpret those terms between English and Mandarin. This is likely a 10hr time commitment over the next 3 months as it includes getting more information from the clients so we can draft the docs, review the documents, translate the final documents line by line and have an execution meeting. Attorneys at Open Door Legal will draft the English trust, pour-over will, durable power of attorney, advanced health directive, and PCOR/deed documents.
