This is a call for help. Do you like helping others? Do you enjoy supporting older adults? Of course you do. That’s why you are a volunteer.

Do you like talking on the phone? If so, we have an opportunity to talk with older adults on the phone and assisting them by helping pay their utility bills. It’s not just about paying their bills. It’s about giving them the sense that someone cares about them and their situation. It’s about giving them that "boost" that they need to get past a difficult situation. Some of them feel so appreciative, they will go out and "pay it forward" by volunteering to help someone else in need.

So if this is of interest to you, step up and be part of this chain of good will and support. We are asking for 1 day a week or twice a month or whatever you can provide. You will work at The Senior Source office alongside the EFSC team.
