ORGANIZATION: Woodside High School

The event will be on Zoom.

The Graphics & Tech Academy is a California Partnership Academy, one of 500 across the state designed as a small learning environment on a larger high school campus. At least 50% of students in an Academy must be identified as at-risk by the state. In addition to a tailored curriculum, the program offers exposure to professionals and careers.

The sophomore symposium is one of the first professional integration events that we offer. We start the morning with a keynote and then break into small groups to showcase a few of the many careers in tech.

We would love to hear from professionals in graphic design and video editing using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Aftereffects. Share information about your career, the overall design process, and how these skills could be parlayed into other areas.
