VeggieLand Fest is seeking volunteer organizing committee members to help us plan, coordinate, and execute the 2022 Bay Area Veggie Land Festival, taking place in August 2022 in Concord California and October 2022 in Sacramento California.

Organizing committee members will meet on a regular basis starting in February 2022, based on availability of members (likely weekday evenings or weekends). Meetings will be held virtually through Zoom, so remote volunteers are welcome. Initial Welcome Zoom call will take place on Monday, January 31st at 6:30p.m. PST; Zoom call link details will be emailed to those of interest.

The organizing committee plans all aspects of the Bay Area Vegie Land Fest, including outreach to potential speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors; brainstorming festival activities; helping coordinate our swag bag and raffle; and more. We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about plant-based living and sharing that passion with others through a fun and festive event.

We are dedicated to sharing the benefits of veganism, making it easier to transition to a diet free of animal products, supporting a life-long commitment to being vegan, and increasing the availability of vegan products in the marketplace.

Through our various outreach campaigns and projects, we are reaching thousands of people every year to share, inspire, and teach why vegan is the best choice for the animals, the environment, and health benefits.
