Come out and help at our fun event, Finish The Ride/Finish The Run Griffith Park. We need your help in several areas so all participants can have lots of fun and finish their ride/run.
We have different roles through a three-day span that you can take advantage of. If you are interested in any role, we ask that you please commit to the entire time for that shift. Unfortunately, we cannot modify shift schedules due to the nature of our event.
Finish The Ride/ Finish The Run is brought to everyone by Streets Are For Everyone (SAFE), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving street safety in Southern California and aiding victims and families affected by traffic collisions.
When you volunteer to make Finish The Ride and Finish The Run Griffith Park a success, you are rewarded in so many ways. First, you have the opportunity to see all our participants' smiling faces before taking off on their run or ride. You also will gain skills such as public speaking, problem-solving, people skills, customer service, and much more.

Streets Are For Everyone (SAFE) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in January 2014 that aims to improve the quality of life for pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers alike by reducing traffic fatalities to zero. SAFE addresses the problem in a holistic fashion through direct education, broad awareness campaigns, partnerships, community outreach, policy and legislation, support for those impacted, and other proven strategies.

Streets, Art, SAFE Film Competition -- Combining education and young-adult outreach, the Streets, Art, SAFE Film Competition is a program for high school students to advocate for street safety through the arts. It aims to educate and empower students to do something about it through creative, fun, artistic, and impactful visual storytelling, while also developing film and visual arts expertise.
Activists, Advocates, & Volunteers -- We're a movement that relies on volunteers of all backgrounds and identities to create safe streets.
Fight For Change -- SAFE is committed to passing sensible policy and legislation that reduces traffic violence in our communities
Faith for SAFE Streets -- Faith-based leaders use their pulpit, prayers, and powerful voices to remind our communities that it is up to each of us to ensure no one else dies in traffic, and supports solutions that save lives.
