Wellness Guide Needed!

Quick Overview: We are looking for a volunteer who has an understanding of wellness practices, specifically mindfulness, stress-management, and anxiety reduction.

Mission: To help individuals and families rebuild their lives and end homelessness.

Volunteers Roles & Responsibilities: The volunteer should have the ability to guide a group of 5-10 residents in various wellness exercises (one a session). Should be able to clearly communicate instructions, lead a discussion on the benefits of wellness, and provide useful resources for our residents to individually continue.

Requirements:

Be at least 25 years or older

Provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19

Be able to provide a 6-month commitment

Be available every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
