The Future Flyers track club, a non-profit organization, is a traveling Track and Field team that is looking for its next Track and Field assistant coach. We have been serving the community since 2018 and at least 40% of our teams have become Junior Olympians every year. We want a coach who believes in the B.E.S.T. (Blessing to others. Encourage student-athletes. Share their time and resources. Teach others) This coaching position will serve boys and girls between the ages of 5 - 18 teaching various disciplines in the sport of Track and Field. In 2024, we are excited to host a track meet managed by Speed Capital where athletes from all over the east coast are expected to participate. Now is the time to join one of the premier teams in the area!
Prior Track and Field experience is a plus but not required. As a coach, you will join a coaching staff with over 20 years of experience and an administration that is second to none. Our coaches are USA Track and Field certified coaches who have coached several All-Americans, State champions and college track scholarship athletes. Description
The Future Flyers is a youth Track and Field team for girls and boys ages 5 to 18 that focus on teaching the fundamentals of the sport. Our mission is to prepare athletes for life after sport though discipline, hard work and volunteerism in the sport of Track and Field. We aim to provide a fun, learning culture that will help the athlete transition from sport to life after sport. Our core values are centered on the fact that we want people who believe in the B.E.S.T. We ask that individuals are a Blessing to others, Encourage student-athletes, Share their resources and time, and Teach others. We are a teaching program designed to encourage our youth to perform at a high level. We teach every participate the basics of each event that they participate in during the season.

- The Outdoor season starts on the 3rd week of March 2024 and ends in August of 2024. Practices are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm. Track meets are on weekends.
