This committee is led by the Executive Director of Doing Good.

Job Description: Represent Doing Good through its profile on Belmont University’s Get
Connected platform.

Time Involved: Approximately 4-5 hours/month.

Activities:
 Implement the human resources efforts of Doing Good on Belmont University’s Get
Connected platform to recruit and retain Doing Good volunteers.
 Upload, update, and stop volunteer openings in a timely manner.
 Reply to email inquiries in a timely manner.
 Approve volunteer timesheets in a timely manner.
 Participate in monthly HR Committee Zoom call to share, discuss, strategize, plan, and
carry out Doing Good HR activities.
 Use Google Drive.

Responsibilities:
 Strategize HR ideas.
 Recruit Doing Good volunteers.
 Retain Doing Good volunteers with opportunities.
