Come be a part of our growing organization! We are a non-profit grief agency supporting grieving children and families in the Bucks County area. We are currently looking for dedicated volunteers to help a few hours per month on your own schedule to help us increase our presence in the community. Join Hands Holding Hearts to help with social media postings. *All volunteers must complete necessary clearances which can be found on our website handsholdinghearts.org. This commitment is for at least one year.

Mission Statement
We are a non profit, community based bereavement resource for children & their families. We provide a safe environment for children who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives. We help manage the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects that grief brings to our everyday lives. In addition, we will introduce and provide tools to assist with future challenges.
