Come be a part of our growing organization! We are a non-profit grief agency supporting children and families in the Bucks County area. We are currently looking for dedicated volunteers to help a few hours per month on your own schedule. Join Hands Holding Hearts to help with administrative tasks such as filing, mailings creating a monthly newsletter, and spreadsheet management. *All volunteers must complete necessary clearances. Once these are completed all volunteers must attend an orientation. * Applications can be found on our website handsholdinghearts.org. We can't wait to meet you!

We are a non profit, community based bereavement resource for children & their families. We provide a safe environment for children who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives. We help manage the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects that grief brings to our everyday lives. In addition, we will introduce and provide tools to assist with future challenges.
