Young Leaders Program with Americans For Prosperity

Americans For Prosperity is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to a free and open society based off mutual benefit. We work to break down barriers placed on individuals that prevent them from realizing their true potential. Primarily we work within external barriers such as harmful policy that keep our community down. To combat these barriers Americans For Prosperity has launched The Young Leaders Program (YLP). The YLP is a mentorship opportunity for concerned individuals aging from high school to college to learn first hand about the policy changing process, and how they can make a direct impact on it. We work with our young leaders to develop skills such as public speaking, grassroots organizing and political strategy.

For all participation in the program food and drink will be provided. Additionally we offer letters of recommendation to higher education for exceptional young leaders and track ALL hours as volunteer hours.
