Ascendtials' requires the support of volunteers to assist with our vital programming. We have a variety of opportunities to gain experience to preserve and protect our environment and each other so that we may prosper. Volunteers will support our Environmental programs which are designed to reconnect us with all that is around us. This helps us to develop and understand our role in nature so that it thrives in a sustainable way. Reconnect with us, for these experiences and get the much-needed air for your own vitality. For more details check out our website at ascendtials.org/support-us/volunteer/. We are in search of volunteers to assist in gardening in our nature programs, and those that can offer facilitation in our healing sessions, and serve as mentors to at-risk youth, assistants in our Kemetic Yoga sessions, Social Media, and Graphic Designers, Musicians and/or Artists to help us create an environment to heal.

Mission Statement

Ascendtials is a 501 (c)(3) BIPOC-led non-profit organization that focuses on empowering BIPOC communities throughout Southern California. Established in 2014, Ascendtials seeks to impact BIPOC communities through programs that encourage BIPOC participants to act as signifiers of change in education and work settings that are not inclusive towards BIPOC people.

Description

Ascendtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized racism within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them as they interact with difficult co-workers and bosses.
