ASCENDtials is looking for support of volunteers to assist with our vital programming. We currently are in search of volunteers who love Yoga! Yoga instructors guide students in the practice of yoga, helping them to learn the proper form for various poses. Additional guidance may be provided by yoga instructors to students in areas like nutrition, yoga philosophy, and deep breathing techniques. Yoga instructors can lead classes, workshops, and one-on-one personal training sessions. We also need help with managing attendees to our upcoming sessions so that they flow smoothly from start to finish. If you are available on weekends, we are in need of your support. Please apply! You must have prior yoga experience, or experience assisting in a yoga studio. All sessions are outdoors.

Description

ASCENDtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized Isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Our non-profit organization focuses on building cosmic consciousness through our experiential learning programs, healing sessions, and workshops, and environmental programs so that they can successfully advocate for humanity and the environment.
