Breath to Blossom is a nonprofit organization advocating and providing accessible trauma-centered, mind-body therapeutic programs and mental health services to survivors of intimate abuse, sex trafficking and commercial sex industry workers.

BTB is currently seeking Remote Volunteer Admin Assistants.

Responsibilities Vary Where Applicable To Your Current Skillset:

• Calendar management
• Email management
• Travel arrangements
• Office related tasks
• Research
• Company projects
• Generating spreadsheets
• Completion of daily assigned tasks
• Respond to questions and requests for information
• Answer and respond to incoming messages quickly
• Communication via Slack, Discord, Marco Polo, or Email
• Comply with reporting deadlines as outlined by mgmt
• Bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Netsuite, invoicing, billing, payments)
• Other duties as assigned
