Breath to Blossom is a nonprofit organization advocating and providing accessible trauma-centered, mind-body therapeutic programs and mental health services to survivors of intimate abuse, sex trafficking and commercial sex industry workers.

The role of the Behavioral Health Director is responsible for providing leadership to effectively grow the Behavioral Health Services by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency, and financial strength.

What you will do in this role:

• You will be responsible for selection, assessment, evaluation, development, coaching, and counseling of Behavioral Health employees.
• Maintains a working relationship with outside agencies
• Coordinate meetings with other mental health provider programs or agencies when needed
• Guides and upholds staff and self in ethical standards including all appropriate Codes and Standards of Conduct and Professional Ethics
• Supervises clinical, case management, and peer support professionals in a way that creates a cohesive clinical team

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Behavioral Health, or in related clinical field required
• Master's degree in related clinical field or healthcare related field preferred
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Healthcare Management, Med/Surg setting or related field preferred
