As the historic 1903 Brown House nears completion of its restoration, we must meet the city requirements for lot improvements such as a sidewalk, curb-cuts, ADA striping, and loading zone. While we have been able to complete the restoration using grants and donations over the past 20 years, we are not able to find grants for these city requirements. They must be completed within 18 months, or the house cannot be used as intended for public and private events and office space. We need someone with experience in raising money for this type of project who is willing to donate their time to raise $20-35k (estimates are still being obtained).
