We are looking for 4 volunteers per day; both short- and long-term volunteers to assist our office administration staff in various tasks to maintain well kept records of the students, and to assist with any questions or concerns the students' families have.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Data Entry
Filing of records
Answering students'/their families questions or concerns in person or over the phone
SCHEDULE:
Office hours are from 7:30AM-4:00PM; we will make proper arrangements with volunteers' availability
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum commitment of 10 service hours
Must be enthusiastic and patient around students from ages 4-18
Must submit a LiveScan Criminal Background Report, and a negative TB test result (the fingerprint service for Live Scan will be done at the school, those interested in volunteering will contact Keri Vicedo for setting up your Live Scan schedule; TB tests are valid for 6 months, those with valid tests can submit those, for those who do have not gotten the TB test, please keep your receipt for reimbursement)

Description
Our school is currently in need of volunteers in various areas. We are seeking volunteers who can assist with our after-school program by helping students sign-in/sign-out, passing out snack, and supervising students while they're participating in various activities, such as sports and study hall. We are also seeking volunteers who can assist in the cafeteria by supervising students as they eat, helping to make sure their table is clean, and dismissing them to recess. Lastly, we need volunteers who can assist with monitoring our campus and ensuring the safety of our students.
