The 2023 Great Chefs of the West (GCW) is going to be an exciting event this year, to not only support the vital work of the National Kidney Foundation, but also to support the restaurants that have so generously supported us in the past. Great Chefs of the West brings together the top 23 restaurants and chefs in Denver and surrounding areas for samplings of there dishes with one goal: to win Best Dish or Dessert! The event has craft cocktails, games, and a robust silent and live auction with all proceeds going to support those dealing with Kidney disease in Colorado. More details about the event:
