We are building a team so that we can rotate individuals to clean our chapter once a week. We have many activities and want to make sure our facility is clean and continues to be a welcome place for our Veterans, First Responders and their families.
Any day/weekly. Performs custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms. May assist or perform snow removal activities and minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities. Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies. Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff, which may include submitting or recommending work orders and checking supply levels.

Description
Chapter 1 and its Auxiliary are committed to assisting the local community through donations of thousands of dollars annually to local charities which provided assistance to handicapped senior citizens, disadvantaged children, disabled or hospitalized veterans, and man other worthy causes. Many of our members donate their own time to community projects and we participate in many civic events such as parades, etc.
