Guiding clients during CPR trainings

Quick Overview: Welcome clients and direct traffic for Trainings and CPR sessions as well as help our Adminstrative team by assembling informational folders and stuffing envelopes for our clients on Saturday mornings.

Mission: Aviva Family and Children's Services provides a comprehensive range of diverse and culturally sensitive therapeutic and educational programs to help at-risk, emotionally distressed, abused, and neglected youth- as well as their families- function more effectively as individuals and within the family and community.

Impact: As a volunteer, you can have a direct influence on a family's life by welcoming them to Aviva with a smile, assisting them, and answering their questions. It's an opportunity to help the family as they complete several trainings.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:

Volunteer will sit in reception and assist with opening the gate and direct clients to their designated training room.

Volunteer will be responsible for remaining in reception in case clients have any questions.

Volunteer will assist with stuffing envelopes and/or stuffing orientation folders

Requirements: Wear casual clothing and a face mask throughout your entire visit.
