Thank you in advance for inquiring about these volunteer positions. We are hoping that our volunteers will consider a full time position with us and/or be a part of our board of advisors and directors.

Did you know that First Responders commit suicide 30-40% more often then the general population? And, they are hesitant to ask for help due to the stigma of Mental Health and Addiction Issues, why?... because they are seen as heroes. We call for help and they arrive ready to save our life. And, Heroes are not supposed to have human issues. However, in your greatest time of need - when you call 911, there is the possibility that a First Responder Team Member is not well, it is then that mistakes can happen.

They are afraid of the shame that they might bring upon themselves, their families and their First Responder Team if they show weakness. They are afraid that they will lose their jobs! So, they suffer in silence until they make the permanent choice to silence the pain. THIS IS AN EPIDEMIC!

And did you know that First Responders do not have a safe, confidential rehabilitation center on the West Coast where they can begin their journey to heal? At Exclusively First Responders, our mission is to provide safe, confidential residential rehabilitation which is exclusively peer-to-peer for First Responders to heal from PTSD, Complex Trauma, Addiction, Mental Health Issues and Suicide Ideation.

Grant writers needed now. Join a winning team who will make an impact locally, statewide, and nationwide to Save Our Heroes. Help us raise the necessary funds before the end of year so our First Responders will feel safe to come out of the shadows and into the light on their journey to health and wellness. Your help can make the difference between life and death of our First Responders.

We are beginning to fundraise so that we can open our rehabilitation center and would like to invite a seasoned Grant Writer to join our team. We value our Volunteers, are grateful for what they bring to the company, and respect their experience, knowledge, insight and successes that they have created. We believe that our Volunteers are one of our most valuable assets and rely on their guidance in many areas of business.
