Laundry Help

We’re looking for some volunteers to help our teachers keep up with laundry maintenance so that they can spend more time being awesome preschool educators! If you’re interested in this weekly opportunity, and you are available Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, please view the details below:

Laundry Opportunity Details:

Location: CPCD Central Office- 2330 Robinson Street, Colorado Springs 80917

Weekly Opportunities:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday (1 volunteer per shift): 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
On-Call Opportunities:
  • Available on short notice to fill in when needed on any of the above days

Mission Statement

CPCD prepares children for success in school and life by providing excellent comprehensive early childhood services in partnership with diverse families and the community.


CPCD is committed to the comprehensive early childhood development model, which is at the basis of its successful Head Start and Early Head Start programs. CPCD serves just under 2,000 prenatal through five-year-old at-risk, low-income and special needs children and their families. We operate classrooms in six school districts. Our two generation approach provides parents with education, services and training to help them be their child's first and best teacher. Community volunteers 12 and older join us year round to change the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.
