These events provide Hayward residents with an opportunity to make a real and significant difference in their neighborhoods, connect with their neighbors, qualify for community service hours, and learn about money saving Green City programs available.

This beautification event will be held at: Tennyson Park, 28377 Huntwood Ave, Hayward CA, 94544

Registration Details:

Pre-register before 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022. Same day registration will be available at the event starting at 8:00 a.m.

Please Note: Adult Supervision is NOT Provided by the City of Hayward at this event. ALL volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Description

The Keep Hayward Clean and Green (KHCG) Task Force was formed by the City Council to help address issues impacting community appearance. Its mission is to preserve the environment and enhance the visual appearance of the City of Hayward through the joint efforts of individuals, volunteer groups, businesses and municipal resources.
