We are searching for a kind-hearted person who can help us grow. Duties include:
- Optimizing social media/managing postings
- Developing marketing & outreach materials
- Website review and/or design
- Creating graphics/content for fundraising efforts
- Compose written communications
- Maximize use of marketing tools such as Constant Contact
- Conduct research to identify community needs and resources, as well as fundraising opportunities

Mission Statement
Helping the Behaviorally Challenging Child in Tustin (HBCC) is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation that is composed of individuals who are committed to helping behaviorally challenging children lead more productive and inclusive lives.
Description
HBCC teaches a revolutionary, evidence-based approach for helping children with behavioral challenges. Through training, support and referrals to clinical services, we promote the understanding that challenging kids lack the skill, not the will, to behave well - specifically, skills related to problem solving, flexibility and frustration tolerance. Unlike traditional models of discipline, HBCC teaches an approach that avoids the use of power, control and motivational procedures and instead focuses on teaching at-risk, behaviorally challenging kids the skills they need to succeed.
