If you sew as a hobby and are looking for a way to volunteer and give back to your community, how
about giving of your time and gift by sewing a Memory Bear. These bears are crafted from an article of
clothing of a loved one who has been lost due to illness.
Memory Bears bring so much comfort to a
family.

The Bridge Hospice team is trained to manage all symptoms especially related to end-stage illnessess, including pain, wound, and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's nutritional safety and concerns. With an interdisicplinary approach, Bridge Hospice's team cares for the patient as if they were part of our family with total respect for all physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
