Volunteer with "I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County! Support the Director of Volunteer Services with daily administrative and clerical tasks, outreach and DEI initiatives to help meet deadlines, program goals and initiatives.

This individual should be mission driven, a goal oriented team player with meticulous attention to detail, who runs toward a challenge and has a positive attitude, and is passionate about learning about the behind the scenes management of a nationally recognized and award-winning nonprofit. This position is flexible and can be 100% in person in our Central Admin building in Boulder or 50% hybrid (in person and remote). If you are a self-starter, disciplined with a strong work ethic, and detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills, then we want to connect with you! Mission Statement

Mission: To empower children from low-income communities to succeed in school, college, and career by providing academic, social, and emotional support from elementary school through college, along with a post-secondary tuition assistance scholarship. Vision: Our dream is a world where all children have equal access to the educational and career opportunities that will ignite their innate potential.


Since 1990, IHDF Boulder County has served more than 1,000 local youth, and currently has 12 active Dreamer Scholar Classes. The model, with its one-on-one attention and daily programming, has proven to narrow the opportunity gap. Dreamer Scholars graduate from high school, enroll in post-secondary programming, and complete their post-secondary education at much higher rates than their low-income peers.
