Mission Statement

Rusty’s Rescue Ranch is an animal shelter and rehabilitation facility. Our mission is to serve the community by accepting unadoptable and special needs animals and hiring ex-convicts and felons to build promising and prosperous futures. We are the ranch of second chances. As those in the community help us to build this non-profit we hope to keep in mind three simple values in which our staff will work and live by. These three values are Honesty, Community, and Compassion. Our vision is to help as many animals and people as possible. We endeavor to expand our site as much as possible and network nationwide.

Description

Our organization is young nonprofit, we are almost two years old and our leadership is completely comprised of women in their early twenties. We strive to make animal rescue young again so that the people in it now don't age out. We want to change North Carolina thoroughly one dog at a time and on a larger scale as we introduce new programs we will need more volunteers to build our exponentially growing organization.
